Watch the interviews now online.

For those of you who can't wait until the download of the video interviews is done, from today on they are watchable directly on the Youthorganizing website. To make it possible for people with not so high bandwidth to watch them, we lowered the quality for the streaming version quiet a bit, so if you want better quality, download or write me an email for the DVD.

Germans dig up coffin of neo-Nazi after tip-off it was draped in swastika flag

Police dug up the freshly buried coffin of a neo-Nazi activist in Germany because it was draped with a swastika flag.

Publicly displaying any symbols of Hitler’s regime is strictly prohibited in Germany – apparently even in the afterlife.

Officials heard that seconds before the coffin bearing Friedhelm Busse was lowered into consecrated ground at Passau on Saturday, a neo-Nazi fan wreathed his coffin in a WW2 ‘battle flag’ which has a huge swastika in its centre.

Finally!! Serbia captures fugitive Karadzic

Serbia captures fugitive Karadzic

Radovan Karadzic is one of the world's most wanted men
Bosnian Serb war crimes suspect Radovan Karadzic, one of the world's most wanted men, has been arrested in Serbia after more than a decade on the run.

The Bosnian Serb wartime political leader disappeared in 1996.

He has been indicted by the UN tribunal for war crimes and genocide over the 1995 massacre at Srebrenica.

The appointment of a new, pro-European government in Belgrade last month appears to have cleared the way for his arrest, says a BBC correspondent.

Members: Olga, Tautvydas, Monika, Paula, Anja G

We wanted to do a through research of the media in various countries (Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, Poland, Lithuania), but we decided to focus on wikipedia which we found representative for public opinion. The second source was interviewing other YOI participants from the chosen countries. Based on the research we came up with a conclusion that the term “neonazism” is defined and understood differently in different countries.

Material Conditions of Refugees from Kosovo
Members: Katja, Sadik

The Project “Reintegration of refugees, IDPs and returnees” aims to develop new approaches and generate new ideas in order to highlight possible potentitals of refugees, IDPs and returnees in Serbia. Due to injustices we noticed while visiting the refugees and IDPs camp in Kragujevac we find it important to hardly work on the continous reinteration of those groups of people into society.
